The demographic effect of anti-alcohol policy measures in Russia. Report presented by E.M. Andreev at a meeting of the Demographic group of the Central house of scientists of the Russian academy of sciences (RAS)

A meeting of the Demographic group of the Central house of scientists of the RAS took place on the 27^th of February in the Central House of Scientists of the RAS, where Evgeny M. Andreev, head of the International laboratory for population and health of NRU HSE, presented a paper ‘Demographic effect of anti-alcohol policy measures in Russia’.

Evgeny M. Andreev presented the data on alcohol-related mortality for the period 1870-2014 and made an overview of anti-alcohol policy measures performed in the Russian Federation at different time points.
