International Conference “Demographic trends in Russia: legacy of Soviet era or a new tendency?”

The International Laboratory for Population and Health and Institute of Demography of the HSE cordially invites you to the International conference “Demographic trends in Russia: legacy of Soviet era or a new tendency?”  which will be held on November 21-22.

On the first day of the conference will be discussed mortality and health. The second day of the conference will be dedicated to fertility, family and migration.
Among the participants of the conference will be scholars from Russian and foreign universities and research centers (Higher School of Economics, Lomonosov Moscow State University,  French Institute for Demographic Studies, Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research , London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Prague Economic University, Vienna Institute of Demography, Belarusian State University, University of Naples Federico II, National Research Council-IRPPS).
